Documentation for xmatters Support-zip utility

Installation instructions:
  - Unzip the contents of this archive to the Integration Agent's bin folder.

Instructions for use:
  -  enable the Integration Agent for debug logging as follows:
    - edit <IAHome>\conf\log4j2.xml
    - uncomment the three lines starting with "  <logger name="com.alarmpoint.integrationagent.services">
    - save the file
    - restart the Integration Agent
  - reproduce the error condition and note the time
  - open a command prompt and navigate to the Integration Agent's bin folder
  - issue the command "support-zip.bat" (or "./support-zip.sh" on Linux)
  - when the script reports that it has created a support archive, email the archive to support@xmatters.com
    - include the date and time when the error condition was reproduced, the expected behavior, and the observed behavior
    - include screenshots if appropriate
    - the better the information that you provide, the sooner we can resolve your problem!
